  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and receipts intact.

  • Customized, personalized, engraved, or special order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

  • Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
